Training

Training is typically tailored for a group of 15-5 persons. Training includes exercises and group work from which the participants will receive feedback. Additional pre-assignments are provided when needed. Training can be conducted either on site, remote or hybrid.

Workplace counselling and coaching for leaders and executives

Counselling / coaching is a long-term, goal-oriented process where you develop your leadership skills and reflect on your strengths and development points as a leader. A trained counselor or coach will help you solve challenges and questions which you might have in your leadership role.

In management and leadership counselling, the topics discussed relate to one’s own leadership identity, communication, or organizational change situations. These themes can become more specific and evolve as the process unfolds.

Workplace mediation

Workplace mediation is a restorative way of solving disagreements, deadlocks, and conflicts. With a trained mediator, even the most difficult knots can be untangled. An appreciative and solution-focused approach builds trust and provides an opportunity for resolution.

    My clients describe me as a result-oriented and hands-on trainer. As a consultant and coach, I have accompanied my clients through major change initiatives, ensuring employee engagement, systematic communication, and the implementation of strategies.

    I started my own business, Pro-Stories Oy in 2010. Prior to that, I held various communication roles as a team leader and senior consultant.
